RETURN, EXCHANGE OR CANCELLATION POLICY​

For hygienic reasons, our products cannot be returned or exchanged. If you notice an error with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will do our best to correct the mistake. Order cancellations are only accepted if requested before the item has been shipped.

Please note: Because each item is handmade, slight variations in color, size, texture, and scent are to be expected, making every product uniquely yours.

Your order will be shipped by USPS. Your shipping cost varies by weight and shipping address, however, the cost for purchases above $99 is free.​Orders are processed and shipped (USPS standard) within 48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. However, the USPS delivery time varies, usually between 2 – 16 business days depending on your location within the United States.
