Loyalty Set Policy

To remain active in the program, the Loyalty Set must be purchased at least once every three (3) months from the date of the first Loyalty Set purchase.

• Qualifying customers will receive up to 30% off the original price of $249 when the Loyalty Set is purchased within the three-month time frame.

• Purchases made after the three-month period will not qualify for the discount and will be charged at the regular price.

• Your discount will be credited when you place your order the following quarter or before.

This policy ensures consistency, rewards loyalty, and keeps customers stocked with their favorite products.

Please note that the containers and labels may vary slightly from the visuals shown online, while maintaining the same premium quality.

For hygienic reasons, all products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, if there is an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will make every effort to correct it.

For customized products, cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, we are unable to cancel as your product will already be in production.

Please note: Because each item is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, scent, or appearance are completely normal and part of the uniqueness of your purchase.
