Before production begins, one sample gift set will be shown to the customer—either via Zoom or mailed—depending on the quantity required. Once the sample is received, approved, and payment is made, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted, as customization and preparation would have already been completed.

For hygienic reasons, our products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. If you notice an error with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase, and we will make every effort to correct the mistake where possible.

By placing an order, you agree to the items and designs featured on our website or media pages.
Once payment is made, a sample video will be emailed for your approval. After approval, your custom order goes into production and cannot be changed or returned.
If no agreement is reached, a refund will be issued minus the cost of one item and Stripe’s transaction and refund fee.
