1.  Are your products Natural?

All products made by Nature2simple are natural. Our soaps are made by saponifying plant-based oils. They do not contain surfactants and we use only pure essential oils in our products. All our ingredients are natural.

 

2.  How long does it take before I see results?

Humans shed and re-grow outer skin cells about every 27 days but everyone’s skin is different, therefore the result varies. It may be within a few days of use or longer.

 

3.  Do you perform animal testing?

No animal testing is done in our company.

 

4.  Do your products contain parabens?

All our products are formulated without parabens!

 

5.  Is it safe to use your products during pregnancy or nursing?

We always advise our customers to consult their medical care provider because of people’s allergies and ingredient interference.

 

6.  How often should I use my product?

Use once or more daily.

 

7.  Do you offer sun protection

No!

 

8.  Do you offer free samples?

No! Our trial sizes are just 10 cents each.

 

9.  Does my product have an expiration date?

Your product has an expiration date on the packaging.

 

10.  What payment options are available?

Nature2simple accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

 

11.  What is the shipping cost?

USPS shipping cost varies by weight and location, however the cost for most purchases above $99.99 is free. Please note that certain items apply.

 

12.  What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders are processed and shipped (USPS standard) within 48 business hour, excluding weekends and holidays. However the USPS delivery time varies, usually between 2 – 16 business days depending on your location within the United States.

 

13.  Can I track my order?

Yes! Notification email with a tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships.

 

14.  What do I do if there is a problem with my products?

Please contact us at questions@nature2simple.com within 24hrs of product receipt and we will rectify any mistake on our part as best as we can. For hygienic reasons products cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

15. Do you ship internationally?

Not at the present!

 

16. Are your products Vegan and Vegetarian friendly?

Most of our products are vegan and vegetarian friendly, except for our Oatmeal & Honey soap which contains honey and products made with beeswax. Please refer to the ingredient list on packaging.
